This data is collected when you register an account to use the Ablumo app and website. Your email and password are needed for you to sign in and access your progress and rankings.

We automatically collect:

• Word progress and scores (used only for comparing your ranking with other users and improving your learning experience)

We use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. This helps us understand app usage, improve features, and fix issues quickly. Firebase may collect anonymized technical data about your device and app usage.

Your personal information is used to:

• Create and manage your account
• Show your progress and rank among other users
• Improve the app and content for learning
• Analyze app usage and improve quality (via Firebase)

We may add analytics or marketing services (such as Google Analytics) in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for app analytics and crash reporting (via Firebase). Your learning progress and scores are stored securely and not available to other users.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data upon request
• Request information about all data we store about you

Ablumo is based in India but is used worldwide. Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside your own, including India.

Ablumo is designed for learners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent, in line with global regulations for children's privacy.

How You Can Delete Your Data

Ablumo allows all users to permanently delete their personal data and account directly from the Ablumo website or Android app.

Key Points:

• When you choose to delete your account, all your personal data and learning records will be wiped from the Ablumo database and cannot be recovered.
• Once deleted, you cannot restore your old progress, scores, or personal details. No claims for recovery will be accepted after deletion.

Steps to Delete Your Data:

1. Log in to your account on the Ablumo Website or the Ablumo Android App.
2. Open the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top left corner.
3. Click on “Delete Account” and follow the confirmation steps.
4. Upon confirming, all your account information and data will be permanently deleted from our system.
5. You will be automatically logged out after deletion.
6. If you wish to use Ablumo again, you must create a new account and start learning from scratch.

This process ensures you have full control over your data, in line with global privacy standards.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you via the app or website for major updates. The date of the last update will be shown at the top.
